A growing healthcare data and analytics company is seeking a Data Product Lead / Product Manager to help shape and scale a portfolio of high-value data products used across healthcare, life sciences, research, insurance, and financial services.

What You'll Be Doing

Product Strategy & Leadership

• Own and drive the evolution of key data products throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Translate customer needs, market intelligence, and industry trends into actionable product initiatives.

Product Development & Technical Delivery

• Create detailed product requirements and technical specifications for engineering and data science teams.
• Work closely with data engineers, software engineers, and data scientists to deliver scalable, high-quality products.
• Validate new features and product enhancements through testing and stakeholder feedback.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions, balancing technical constraints with business objectives.
• Ensure products are developed with strong foundations in data quality, compliance, auditability, and scalability.

Customer & Market Engagement

• Engage directly with customers, partners, and subject matter experts to gather feedback and identify new opportunities.
• Act as a product expert, communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support customer success and issue resolution activities.

Team & Culture

• Help build a collaborative, customer-focused product culture.
• Champion best practices in product management, data governance, and delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Technical Product Management
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, analytics products, or SaaS solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience balancing commercial objectives with technical delivery considerations.

Desirable

• Experience working with healthcare, life sciences, clinical, insurance, or regulated data environments.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, privacy, and security principles.
• Exposure to data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics products.
• Experience with data visualisation and business intelligence platforms.
