As a Commercial Analyst, you will help translate strategy into actionable insights that support pricing decisions and business growth.

Working closely with the Global Pricing Manager, you will support key initiatives to:

  • Shape monetisation strategies for our exciting range of new products – from AI tools to ERP solutions and data services.
  • Support the implementation of new pricing approaches – monitoring performance and ensuring pricing governance.
  • Optimise pricing and packaging of existing products – reviewing structures, models, and identifying incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Provide pricing support for Klipboard Money (payments), ensuring sales deals are accurately set up and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Analysis & Insights

  • Develop and maintain pricing models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
  • Deliver actionable pricing insights to support decision making across Klipboard.
  • Analyse pricing performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for optimisation.

Pricing Operations & Governance

  • Support the rollout and ongoing management of pricing changes, structures, and policies.
  • Ensure pricing governance is applied consistently across products and sales activity.
  • Provide pricing support for Klipboard Money, enabling accurate setup and smooth execution of sales deals.

Market, Product & Customer Insight

  • Support competitive and market analysis to inform our pricing, packaging, and monetisation strategies.
  • Build and maintain pricing benchmarks and market intelligence for new and existing products.
  • Work with Klipboard product, sales, and marketing teams to translate insight into commercial action.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, working knowledge of PowerBI a plus.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an analytical, commercial, or research role (software/tech experience a plus but not essential).
  • Commercial awareness and curiosity about pricing and business strategy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organise, interpret, and present data clearly.
  • Ability to manage small tasks independently and keep projects moving.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
