Enterprise Sales Manager – Fleet & Telematics Solutions
This newly created senior-level role focuses on enterprise new business development. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with fleets of 50+ vehicles, while cross-selling into Klipboard’s enterprise customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategy for large fleet operators
- Generate pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and events
- Deliver consultative, solution-led sales across RAM’s product suite (tracking, dash cams, driver apps)
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in Salesforce
- Provide market insights to inform product and marketing strategy
We’re looking for a strategic, self-motivated sales professional with:
- 5+ years B2B sales experience (mid-market/enterprise)
- Proven success in self-generating leads and closing high-value deals
- Experience in SaaS, telematics, automotive tech, or fleet management solutions
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to present at C-suite level
- Skilled at managing complex, long sales cycles
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of fleet management or vehicle tracking
- Experience selling into logistics, construction, utilities, rental, or transport sectors
- Familiarity with upselling tech products (dash cams, mobile workforce apps)
