Join Us as a Product Release Content Coordinator – Turn Complexity Into Clarity
Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and great at making complex information easy to understand? We’re looking for a Product Release Content Coordinator to join our PMO team, reporting into the Product Release Manager. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between R&D and the wider business - making sure every department gets the right product information, in the right format, exactly when they need it.
You won’t be creating polished marketing campaigns or final sales copy - but you will be the person who ensures clarity, structure, and accessibility, helping the whole organisation move faster and smarter.
What You’ll Do- Collect raw insights Gather product information directly from R&D (specs, notes, feature outlines, etc.)
- Make it usable Turn dense or fragmented content into plain-English summaries, structured documents, or easy-to-use files
- Tailor for impact Distribute the right info to the right teams:
- Sales clear feature highlights
- Support detailed technical specs
- Marketing concept briefs and positioning context
- Fill the gaps Chase missing details and clarify information with R&D
- Keep it tidy Maintain a well-organised, version-controlled source of truth that everyone can trust
- Write polished marketing or sales copy
- Build training programmes or onboarding docs
- Create customer-facing materials
- Define messaging or campaign strategies
- Act as final approver for content
- 3+years’ experience in content coordination, project support, product ops, or similar roles
- Comfortable working with technical content (without needing to be an engineer)
- Naturally methodical and structured - you spot gaps, chase details, and keep information organised
- Strong communication skills to translate complexity into clarity
- Confident with collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, etc.)
When R&D ships new features, the entire business needs to be ready to act - from sales and marketing to support and operations. This role is the critical link that ensures information flows clearly and efficiently, helping us shorten time to market and deliver a better experience for customers.
If you’re someone who loves structure, clarity, and making teams more effective, this is your chance to play a high-impact role in how our products reach the world.
