- This Fixed term part time position is working primarily with the VIGO team within the Professional Services Group. The role will be focused on the delivery coordination of small enhancements to our products for both new and existing customers.
- Coordinate multiple small work deliveries and small projects
- Creation and administration of customer engagements in PSA tool
- Liaise with customers to obtain agreement for delivery plan; dates and content
- Escalate exceptions to PSG Management team
- Coordinate execution of product delivery plan
- Update the Vigo team through meetings and planning tools
- Signal when payment milestones have been met for customer invoices to be submitted
- Work with the project consultants to control scope
- Track and monitor milestones and report on delivery activity and project status
- Coordinate interdependent activities
- Support Vigo consultancy team with customer comms and internal business updates
