Our mission is to empower clients with innovative technology that simplifies operations, improves efficiency, and drives growth The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing strategic client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through retention and expansion. This role requires a proactive approach to account planning, client engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and value Key Responsibilities
- Operating as the lead point of contact for your accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Understand client objectives and align Insphire solutions to meet business needs
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Account Manager will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience
- This position may require occasional travel.
- Attending and supporting customer events and trade shows is expected.
- Minimum 5+ years in account management, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
- Strong understanding of rental or asset management industries is advantageous
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
