The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing strategic client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through retention and expansion. This role requires a proactive approach to account planning, client engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and value

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for your accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Understand client objectives and align Insphire solutions to meet business needs
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Account Manager will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience
  • This position may require occasional travel.
  • Attending and supporting customer events and trade shows is expected.

Essential

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years in account management, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of rental or asset management industries is advantageous
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
