The Role Were looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer to join our team in North Acton.

This role is the first point of contact for clients, solving IT issues quickly and providing excellent service.

Youll start onsite for training and onboarding , then move to a hybrid working model .

What Youll Do Be the first line of support for client IT issues (phone, email, tickets).

Work across Google Workspace (60%) and Microsoft 365 (40%) environments.

Support Gmail, Google Drive, Meet, Groups, and shared calendars, as well as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

Help deploy and manage devices (using Intune, Jamf , or Kandji).

Escalate complex issues to 2nd Line engineers when needed.

Keep tickets and documentation up to date.

What Were Looking For Previous experience in a 1st Line / Service Desk role (MSP experience a bonus).

Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and good knowledge of Microsoft 365 .

Comfortable supporting both Windows and macOS .

Confident communicator with great customer service skills.

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Nice to Have Familiarity with PSA/RMM tools (Autotask, Datto RMM).

Understanding of ITIL processes.

Experience supporting Apple users in business environments.
