Business Development Representative
BDR | AI SaaS | £35–40k base + £15k OTE (uncapped) | London
We're looking for an entry-level BDR to join a fast-growing AI startup in the research and insights space. Fully outbound, fully accountable, and a genuine path to AE for someone who delivers.

The role
Fully outbound. You're filling the pipeline and fuelling the growth of the AE team. 5 days a week in the London office - this is a role for someone who wants to be in the room, learn fast and build their career in a high-growth environment.
You
No experience required, or up to 1 year as an SDR. What matters more is drive, coachability and proof you can learn fast - strong academics, competitive sport, or something you've built or achieved outside the conventional path. You want to condense 5 years of your career into the next 2 (12 months of proving yourself and a clear route to closing your own deals).
