The role: You're their first external AE hire. You'll own the full mid-market sales cycle - 90-day deals, £30k ACV - and manage a pod of SDRs beneath you. Complex, technical sale into a highly regulated industry. Not for everyone, but the upside reflects that.
You:
- 2+ years closing mid-market SaaS deals with numbers you can stand behind
- Comfortable with a complex, consultative sale
- AI-native — in how you sell and how you work day-to-day
- Fluent in Polish, German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese? You'll stand out (other languages also valuable)
