We're hiring an Account Executive. London-based, Mid-Market.

This is a complex sale: They're on the cusp of being an industry defining software - this is the right place at the right time. Somewhere you could build your career and supercharge it to the next level. Your job is speaking to the right customer, earning their trust, and closing.

The role: You'll own the full MM cycle - outbound, discovery, multi-thread, close. Deals are complex: regulated industries, multiple stakeholders, real procurement. This isn't a script-and-dial motion. You need to think.

Who we're looking for - 1-2 years as an AE (not SDR, not "kind of an AE"). Consistent quota attainment (ideally above it). Clear methodology. MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN - we don't care which, we care that you have something to follow and are process driven. Comfortable in complex, consultative cycles.

Bonus: fluency in a European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch - all useful)

What's on offer - £60,000 base - £120,000 OTE (100% uplift, uncapped) + Equity. Ground floor at a well-backed, fast-moving company.

What we don't want: Someone who's only been carried by a great brand or a hot category - this is fine but we're less concerned about logos, and more about what it's taken to get deals over the line. We want someone who knows why they win.
