Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The Opportunity

We help organisations modernise finance operations with intelligent invoice automation. Our clients range from FTSE-listed companies to fast-moving mid-market businesses, all looking to streamline Accounts Payable, reduce costs, and eliminate manual invoice processing.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

We have big plans for 2026 and beyond, and we're excited to be growing the team and looking for ambitious candidates who want a strong development path to Account Executive.

What you'll do

  • Deliver high-quality outreach via cold calls, emails, and social selling (LinkedIn).
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects in target sectors.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our value proposition.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on key activity metrics.
  • Continuously improve your sales craft through coaching and feedback.

What Skills

  • Have you shown excellence and achievement in sport, academia or music (or anything else).
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A self-starter with hunger to learn, hustle to make connections, and drive results.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection.
  • High-energy team player with curiosity and resilience.
  • Organised and able to be productive with your time.

Compensation

  • £35k base + £20k OTE
  • Progression path into Account Executive
  • Hybrid - Tuesday and Thursday in their London office
  • Training, coaching, and ongoing development (coaching culture)
