Sales Development Representative (SDR)
The Opportunity
We help organisations modernise finance operations with intelligent invoice automation. Our clients range from FTSE-listed companies to fast-moving mid-market businesses, all looking to streamline Accounts Payable, reduce costs, and eliminate manual invoice processing.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
We have big plans for 2026 and beyond, and we're excited to be growing the team and looking for ambitious candidates who want a strong development path to Account Executive.
What you'll do
- Deliver high-quality outreach via cold calls, emails, and social selling (LinkedIn).
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects in target sectors.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our value proposition.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on key activity metrics.
- Continuously improve your sales craft through coaching and feedback.
What Skills
- Have you shown excellence and achievement in sport, academia or music (or anything else).
- Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A self-starter with hunger to learn, hustle to make connections, and drive results.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection.
- High-energy team player with curiosity and resilience.
- Organised and able to be productive with your time.
Compensation
- £35k base + £20k OTE
- Progression path into Account Executive
- Hybrid - Tuesday and Thursday in their London office
- Training, coaching, and ongoing development (coaching culture)
