What You’ll Do

• Develop & Maintain Scalable Back-End Systems – Build and optimize microservices and APIs that support high-traffic fintech applications.
• Ensure Security & Reliability – Implement secure authentication, encryption, and data integrity measures for fintech and blockchain solutions.
• Optimize Performance & Scalability – Design database structures and caching mechanisms that ensure low-latency and high availability.
• Integrate AI & Blockchain Solutions – Work closely with AI and Web3 teams to power machine learning models, smart contracts, and tokenized assets.
• Collaborate with Front-End & DevOps Teams – Ensure seamless API integrations, CI/CD deployments, and overall system reliability.
• Maintain High Availability – Proactively monitor and troubleshoot issues, ensuring zero downtime for mission-critical applications.
• Contribute to Technical Strategy – Stay ahead of fintech trends and recommend best practices for system architecture and security.

What You Bring

• 3+ Years of Back-End Development Experience – Strong background in high-availability, performance-driven systems.
• Proficiency in Node.js (or Python/Go) – Experience with backend frameworks such as Nest.js, Express.js, or FastAPI.
• Database Mastery – Strong SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) expertise.
• API Development & Security – Experience in building RESTful & GraphQL APIs, JWT authentication, OAuth, and cryptographic security.
• Scalability & Optimization Skills – Ability to optimize database queries, caching strategies, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Cloud & DevOps Experience (Bonus) – Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Web3 & AI Integration (Bonus) – Understanding of blockchain APIs, smart contract interactions, and AI model deployment.
• Problem-Solver & Critical Thinker – Ability to anticipate system challenges and proactively build robust solutions.
