The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Tech Lead to drive the execution of our most ambitious projects. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams across blockchain, fintech, and AI initiatives; owning the full product lifecycle, optimising delivery pipelines, and ensuring our solutions are secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Fintech & AI Product Execution: Own projects from scoping to delivery- blockchain platforms, cryptocurrencies, AI tools, and more.
• Synchronise Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and compliance experts to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Navigate Regulatory & Security Challenges: Integrate security, privacy, and financial regulations into every stage of project execution.
• Agile & Adaptive Planning: Manage dynamic product roadmaps, balancing speed-to-market with scalability and risk mitigation.
• Optimise Workflow & Delivery Pipelines: Leverage Agile, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies to maximise efficiency and quality.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Track KPIs, analyse performance, and iterate based on real-time insights.
• Mitigate Risk & Drive Problem-Solving: Proactively identify obstacles, propose solutions, and keep projects on track.
• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Provide clear, actionable updates to technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring transparency and alignment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Fintech, Crypto, or AI-Driven Projects: Proven track record managing digital payments, blockchain, Web3, or AI solutions.
• Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of APIs, smart contracts, cloud-based architectures, and modern development stacks.
• Agile & Lean Execution: Mastery of Agile, Scrum, and rapid iteration cycles in high-tech environments.
• Organisational & Analytical Skills: Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects, track milestones, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Risk & Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with financial regulations, security protocols, and operational risks in fintech or AI-driven industries.
• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management: Skilled at translating complex technical updates into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Problem-Solving & Proactive Mindset: Hands-on, solutions-focused approach to overcoming roadblocks and optimizing delivery.
• Team Leadership: Experience mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of feedback, learning, and continuous improvement.

Bonus Points

• Experience launching or scaling a cryptocurrency, DeFi, or NFT platform.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, MiCA, AML/KYC).
• Background in AI/ML product development or data-driven platforms.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain or AI projects.
