With a strong UK footprint and increasing traction in the US and other international markets, the business has recently secured investment and is now focused on building a commercially accountable, high performance marketing function.You'll be joining at the perfect time to make your mark.The Role: As Head of Marketing, you'll take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution, building a predictable demand and pipeline engine that supports revenue growth.This is a hands on leadership role, suited to an ambitious Senior Marketer ready to step up or an existing Head of Marketing looking for more ownership. You'll work closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success, while leading and developing a small but growing marketing team.What You'll Be Doing:- Owning demand generation and pipeline contribution across UK and international markets- Leading acquisition across paid, organic, partner and industry channels- Developing clear SaaS positioning, messaging and go to market campaigns- Improving CRM, automation, reporting and attribution- Working closely with Sales to align on pipeline, MQLs and revenue targets- Supporting Product launches and Customer Success lifecycle activity- Coaching and developing the marketing team as the function scales About You:- Strong experience in B2B SaaS marketing- Proven contribution to pipeline and revenue growth- Hands on experience across performance marketing and digital channels- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution- Confident working cross functionally with Sales and Product- Experience managing or mentoring at least one team member- Commercially minded with a solid understanding of metrics like CAC, LTV and pipeline The Package:- Salary from £55,000 depending on experience- Manchester City Centre based role- 31 days holiday including bank holidays and Christmas closure- Private healthcare including dental, optical and mental health support- Ongoing training, development and leadership supportIf this sounds like the type of opportunity you are open to, Hit apply & feel free to get in contact with Tom Crees on
