Korn Ferry Digital is seeking a senior Partner & Alliance Manager to lead and grow strategic partnerships across EMEA, including key alliances such as SAP and Qualtrics. This role is responsible for driving measurable commercial impact by developing joint value propositions, enabling seller collaboration, and embedding Korn Ferry’s talent solutions into partner ecosystems and go-to-market motions.
The successful candidate will bring deep alliance experience, strong commercial credibility, and a track record of influencing pipeline and revenue growth through sell-with and sell-through models. Working across internal and external stakeholders, this individual will help scale repeatable partnership motions that support larger enterprise opportunities and stronger client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and expand strategic alliance relationships across EMEA
- Build and execute joint go-to-market motions with partners including SAP and Qualtrics
- Enable Korn Ferry sales teams to identify, position, and progress partner-led opportunities
- Develop compelling joint propositions that connect Korn Ferry’s talent IP, data, and solutions with partner platforms
- Increase partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, and enterprise deal scale
- Strengthen Korn Ferry’s position within partner ecosystems, operating rhythms, and stakeholder networks
Candidate profile
- Significant experience in partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem roles
- Experience working with SAP given the importance of this specific partnership
- Strong background in sales, business development, or commercial leadership
- Demonstrated success in building scalable sell-with and sell-through motions
- Proven ability to influence outcomes across complex, matrixed organizations
This role is not direct or channel sales focused but is an ecosystem and alliances leadership role, focused on enterprise partnerships
