The Arrangement

This is a base + commission partnership, designed to reward performance while giving you some stability to work with.

• A fixed monthly base

• A generous commission for every new client who attends their appointment in-clinic as a result of your efforts

\n

• As trust builds and volume grows, we're open to increasing both the base and commission, and expanding scope over time

\n\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Drive traffic and leads through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) — the role is currently scoped to Meta

\n

• Own the funnel from click to walk-in, including building and managing automated follow-up sequences (SMS/email/WhatsApp) to keep booked leads engaged before their appointment

\n

• Track and report attribution clearly so walk-ins can be matched to your campaigns

\n

• Continuously refine targeting, creative, and follow-up messaging based on what actually converts to attended appointments

• Meta Ads specialists with strong conversion experience who want an earning structure with real upside

• People with hands-on experience building automated follow-up systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zapier, Meta Lead Ads integrations)
