We're looking for driven, entrepreneurial, and regionally connected sales professionals who thrive on performance-based rewards and want to be part of bringing cutting-edge document intelligence to the market. Please note that this position is commission-based only.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and connect with decision-makers (Government IT Directors, CTOs, VPs of Operations, Digital Transformation Leaders, Chief Data Officers).
- Build and manage your own pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities in priority verticals: Government agencies (digital transformation), Islamic banking institutions (compliance & risk), Real estate companies (contract intelligence), Insurance carriers (claims automation & fraud detection), Logistics providers (supply chain intelligence)
- Present Kudra's value proposition: demonstrate how document intelligence goes beyond extraction to deliver actionable insights, workflow automation, and continuous improvement
- Close new business (pilot agreements or annual contracts) with high-value, strategic deals
- Earn high, uncapped commissions for every deal you close — with recurring revenue potential on renewals and expansions
- Collaborate directly with the Kudra founding team to refine go-to-market strategies for regional market needs
- Leverage your network, referrals to system integrators, cloud resellers, and government procurement contacts are highly valued
What You'll Get
Generous Commission Structure:
Pilot Deals ($5K-$10K MRR):
→ 40% commission on first-year ARR
Example: $8K/month pilot × 12 months = $96K ARR → $38,400 commission
→ 15% renewal commission on Year 2+ (recurring)
Example: $96K renewal ARR → $14,400/year recurring
Enterprise Deals ($10K-$20K+ MRR):
→ 40% commission on first-year ARR
Example: $15K/month contract × 12 months = $180K ARR → $72,000 commission
→ 20% renewal commission on Year 2+ (recurring)
Example: $180K renewal ARR → $36,000/year recurring
Expansion Revenue:
→ 25% commission on expansions within existing accounts (additional departments, use cases, or document volumes)
Example: Customer expands from claims processing to underwriting documents (+$5K MRR) → $15,000 commission
