With an established reputation, long-standing client relationships, and a track record of impact across healthcare organisations, they are now entering an exciting new phase of growth.
The business is launching a new division focused on a broader, more scalable healthcare product suite.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role at the intersection of strategy, sales, and leadership. You’ll inherit a capable, established team and be empowered to shape its future, defining how the organisation scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and scale an existing high-performing commercial team
- Define and execute a clear go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new and existing solutions
- Leverage established healthcare relationships to unlock new revenue streams
- Introduce and optimise modern sales methodologies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Build structured, repeatable sales processes to support sustainable growth
- Align product, marketing, and sales functions to deliver a cohesive market proposition
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities across the NHS wider private healthcare ecosystems
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience driving growth within health, social care, or healthtech environments
- Strong track record of leading and scaling commercial or sales teams
- Deep understanding of complex, consultative sales cycles—particularly within the public sector
- Experience implementing GTM strategies and frameworks such as ABM
- A strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on when needed
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and building long-term partnerships
