Based: Hybrid. 2 days p/w Onsite in London (Can also work in Edinburgh, if more convenient)
Rate - £350 - £450 p/d via Umbrella

A progressive organisation where you can really make a difference. We have a great opportunity for a Digital Workplace Lead Engineer on a long term program of work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the engineering, implementation, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Viva).
* Own endpoint management solutions including Intune, Autopilot, and Windows device life cycle management.
* Drive identity and security initiatives using Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Defender.
* Develop automation and service improvements using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform.
* Act as the technical lead for workplace transformation projects and major platform upgrades.
* Collaborate with architects, security teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure workplace solutions.
* Provide technical mentoring and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
Key Skills & Experience:
* MS TEAMs SME ideally with 5 to 10 Yrs of Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint management.
* Experience with cloud-based workplace technologies, automation, and security controls.
* Advanced PowerShell Scripting and automation skills.
* Proven experience leading enterprise-scale workplace initiatives.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Previous experience in Banking industry
