IT Security Engineer (SC or DV cleared)

Our Client are looking for a couple of DV (or SC cleared) IT Security Administrators/Engineers to join a long term programme.

The work will sit Outside IR35 and be based full time onsite in the North West.

Responsibilities will include:

- Validate access controls, Firewall and IDS/IPS rules.
- Schedule and apply security patches and run vulnerability scans
- Test backup procedures
- Validate disaster recovery plans
- Document all activities conducted to facilitate knowledge transfer
- Package all artefacts and deliverables produced and share with 'programme' Security

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
