Lead QA Analyst

We're seeking a Lead QA Analyst to drive and scale quality assurance across multiple squads delivering Low-Code/ No-Code solutions, with a primary focus on Microsoft Power Platform and Azure-integrated applications. You will define test strategy, lead governance to build reusable testing capabilities across multiple teams .This is a pivotal role in embedding scalable, sustainable quality into rapid solution delivery. Responsibilities: Define and own test strategy, test planning and risk mitigation across multiple squads Collaborate with squad teams to ensure acceptance criteria are clear and testable Communicate quality risks, release readiness, and report defects and readiness to stakeholders Coordinate with Senior QAT during various stages of testing cycle and oversee test coverage during testing life cycle Required skills: 8+ years in software testing roles with at least 3 years in a lead role Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Playwright, Test Studio, Postman and REST Assured Familiarity with CI/ CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jenkins Good understanding of Agile (Scrum/ Kanban) and Shift-Left testing practices Proficient in issue tracking with Jira and test case management using Zephyr Clear understanding of API, database, and integration testing Strong communication skills and be able to influence stakeholders at various forums Experience testing Power Apps, Dynamics 365, or other low-code platforms Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar CI/ CD tooling Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
