Presentation Designer
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Presentation Designer to join a busy in-house creative function on an initial 3-6 month contract. This is an opportunity to support a range of high-profile corporate communications projects, helping transform complex information into compelling visual stories for senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working at pace, engaging with stakeholders, and producing high-quality presentation materials across executive, leadership, and corporate audiences.
This requirement is intended to provide immediate support whilst a permanent recruitment process is underway, therefore candidates who can start quickly will be highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations, executive decks, board-level materials, and corporate communications.
* Transform complex business information, data, and strategy content into clear and engaging visual communications.
* Create data visualisations, infographics, charts, and supporting graphics.
* Support production of corporate reports and presentation materials using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend the most effective narrative and visual approach.
* Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and maintain a high level of quality and consistency.
* Manage multiple priorities and deliver work to tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong commercial experience in Presentation Design, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or similar.
* Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to build presentation content from scratch.
* Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign.
* Experience creating data visualisations and presenting complex information clearly.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience supporting corporate communications, executive presentations, investor materials, annual reports, or similar business-facing content.
Desirable Experience
* Motion graphics, animation, or GIF creation.
* Basic video editing capabilities.
* Experience within large corporate organisations or in-house creative agencies.
* Experience supporting senior leadership or executive stakeholders.
Key Information for Suppliers
* Initial contract length: 3-6 months.
* Inside IR35 engagement preferred.
* Hybrid working arrangement with regular attendance in London expected.
* Candidates should be available to start as soon as possible.
