Scrum Master

Role: Scrum Master Rate: £390 inside IR35 Location: Knutsford Cheshire or Northampton ( either site 2 days onsite ) Duration: 6- 12 month Job Description: * Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). * Act as a servant-leader to the scrum team, ensuring Agile principles are adhered to. * Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement. * Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align sprint goals with business objectives. * Promote transparency and accountability within the team and towards leadership. Skills Required: * Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). * Experience in regulated environments, ideally in banking or financial services. * Jira/ Confluence proficiency. * Excellent facilitation and coaching skills. * Certifications: CSM/ PSM, SAFe Scrum Master (preferred). * Banking or regulatory compliance experience is a added advantage.
