Objectives
To upskill & support the current Remedy ASG team in the maintaining of Legacy Remedy software. Advise and carry out the migration of ITIL teams onto Remedy and review current solution to ensure BCDR tests are successful.

Scope
Maintaining
* existing Remedy ITSM platform,
* including integration aspects such as E-bonding, TSO etc
* Server group structure
* CMDB Data loads
* Automated foundation data loads
* Atrium integrator jobs
* General administration
* Developer studio for customisation
* Troubleshooting/experiencing of log analysis
* Documentation/knowledge transfer
