Digital Marketing & Support Officer

Role: Digital Marketing & Support OfficerLocation: NottinghamWork Pattern: Hybrid (4 office and 1 home)Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1730Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 plus bonuses

Our client, a top e-learning company across the UK and Europe, has partnered with us to support them in finding a new member of their team as they look to launch an exciting new AI powered product within digital delivery

Duties for the Digital Engagement & Support Officer:

• develop new business through digital engagement (Social Media, LinkedIn etc)
• research and analysis of new clients
• maintain client relationships
• support with client facing documents and proposals
• maintain accurate client data

Experience for the Digital Engagement & Support Officer:

• degree level educated
• 2 years in a commercial environment
• experience of selling B2B technology software
• experience of using and optimising social media channels and platforms
• effective people skills
• proactive and creative
• excellent written and numerical and analytical skills
• knowledge and experience of working with AI
