As the HCM Lead, you’ll drive the successful delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions by guiding projects through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — from requirements gathering and configuration through to testing, training, and go-live support.

  • 12+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with a strong focus on Core HR, Absence, Recruitment, and Talent Management.
  • Deep hands-on experience supporting UK Public Sector clients.
  • Strong working knowledge of HCM technical tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI Reporting, Fast Formulae, and Payroll Batch Loader.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead discussions with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven experience working through the full SDLC, including Agile/Lean methodologies.
  • Ability to prepare status reports, highlight risks (RAG), and implement mitigation plans effectively.
