Senior Data Privacy Counsel - Interim (6+ Months)

We are working with a consumer-facing digital media business seeking an experienced Data Privacy Counsel to support a broad range of privacy, technology, and regulatory matters.

The Role:

• Advise on data privacy and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support digital, marketing, and technology initiatives.
• Provide guidance on governance, risk, and regulatory issues.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Support ongoing privacy projects and commercial initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 8 years+ PQE
• Strong background in data privacy and data protection law.
• Experience advising on technology and digital matters.
• Previous in-house experience within a consumer-facing organisation is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach.
