CRM Specialist

We’re hiring a CRM Specialist on behalf of a US law Firm!

Looking for someone who really knows Intapp DealCloud and InterAction inside out.

You’ll lead a major CRM transition, own data quality, support senior stakeholders, and turn relationship intelligence into real BD value. If you love clean data, smooth migrations, and helping teams get the most out of their CRM, this is your chance to make a big impact. To apply, you'll need:-

· Extensive hands‐on experience with Intapp DealCloud and InterAction in a professional services environment

· Strong data stewardship skills, with a proven ability to manage, cleanse and govern CRM data.

· Confidence undertaking desk‐based research to verify and update contact and company information.

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

· Proactive, hands‐on and flexible approach, with a strong sense of ownership.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with partners and senior stakeholders.

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating resilience and professionalism.
