The Role
- Develop and deploy data-driven solutions to support legal and business teams
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Build predictive models and machine learning solutions to enhance decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to translate business challenges into data solutions
- Contribute to the firm’s data strategy, innovation initiatives and digital transformation
- Support the development of dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights clearly

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with legal, finance and business services teams to deliver actionable insights
- Design and implement statistical and machine learning models
- Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources
- Optimise data pipelines and workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling way
- Stay up to date with emerging data science tools, techniques and technologies
About You
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in an advanced analytics role
- Strong programming skills (e.g. Python, R, SQL)
- Experience with machine learning, statistical modelling and data visualisation tools
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience within professional services or a regulated environment is advantageous
