IT Business Support Apprentice
We are seeking a motivated IT Business Support Apprentice with a strong interest in IT, keen to develop technical skills and gain experience in business support, customer service and training administration, alongside company-funded IT qualifications and industry-recognised certifications.
Role
- Provide first-line IT support to learners and staff.
- Assist with setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, printers and equipment.
- Support online learning platforms and digital systems.
- Carry out software installations, updates and routine maintenance.
- Support learners with technical queries and online learning access.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Respond to email and online enquiries.
- Welcome learners and visitors to the training centre.
- Assist with enrolments, registrations and administration duties.
- Develop knowledge of Learning Key Training Academy courses and training programmes.
- Prepare training rooms and equipment for sessions.
Training
Successful completion of the Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship could lead to a permanent role within IT or business support, with opportunities to progress into more specialised technical roles, undertake further qualifications or progress onto a higher-level apprenticeship.
