Working with leading global robotics manufacturers, we help organisations deploy robotics into hospitality, healthcare, retail, corporate offices, foodservice, facilities management and other commercial environments.

LEC AI

LEC AI is building a portfolio of enterprise AI companies focused on solving real business problems. Over the next 12 months, we will launch multiple AI-powered SaaS products and technology businesses, creating exciting opportunities across a wide range of industries.

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to build the commercial engine of both LEC Robotics and LEC AI.

This is not a role for someone who waits for opportunities or relies on marketing to generate leads.

We are looking for someone who already has an established network, can open doors through their own relationships and knows how to win business with major corporate organisations.

You will be responsible for driving enterprise sales across our robotics business while leading the commercial launch of a portfolio of AI products over the next 12 months.

You won’t inherit an established sales team.

You’ll build one.

You’ll recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing sales organisation while remaining actively involved in winning new business yourself. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, creating opportunities, closing deals and leading by example.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with a strong bias towards action and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the commercial strategy for LEC Robotics and LEC AI.

* Win new enterprise customers across hospitality, healthcare, retail, foodservice, facilities management and corporate organisations.

* Build relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.

* Generate opportunities through your own network and industry relationships.

* Recruit, build and lead a high-performing sales team.

* Create scalable sales processes, targets and performance metrics.

* Work closely with the leadership and product teams to shape commercial strategy.

* Drive the successful launch and growth of multiple AI-powered SaaS products.

* Build strategic partnerships with major corporate organisations.

* Represent LEC at industry events, conferences and customer meetings.

* Lead from the front by actively winning business and supporting your team in securing key accounts.

About You

You are an outstanding commercial leader with an exceptional track record of winning enterprise business.

More importantly, you’re a builder.

You enjoy creating opportunities where others see obstacles. You know how to open doors, develop relationships and convert conversations into long-term commercial partnerships.

You may come from enterprise technology, SaaS, automation, robotics or another B2B commercial environment. You don’t need to be a robotics expert, but you must be genuinely passionate about AI, automation and the future of technology.

You will have:

* A proven track record of winning major enterprise and corporate accounts.

* An established network of senior decision-makers across large organisations.

* The ability to generate opportunities through your own relationships.

* Experience building, mentoring and leading successful sales teams.

* A strong understanding of enterprise sales and complex solution selling.
