The Data, Analytics & Business Improvement team is an analytics & continuous improvement practice within the LEGO Group's Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) function. We focus on building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with consumers and shoppers, and we do this through the ethical and effective use of data. Proven senior leadership experience in digital product related analytics & insights or consumer data Business transformation or consulting experience, and track record of leading projects and people with global scale Passionate about building strong and sustainable relationships with partners based on clearly defined priorities and accountabilities Experience in consumer digital products or services with strong consumer brands - demonstrated understanding of the fundamentals of brand marketing, and how to effectively engage consumers Have demonstrated results through others in a matrix organisation Able to prioritise well and engage with a change mindset with the ability to take people on the journey are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
