The opportunity As a Senior Associate in L.E.K.’s Digital & AI team (D&AI), you will help redefine how our case teams and clients leverage analytics and technology to solve their most complex challenges. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend L.E.K.’s hallmark analytical rigor with emerging Data, Digital and AI capabilities to drive smarter, faster, and more scalable insights. Day-to-day Responsibilities And Required Skills Include
- Delivering project modules that apply and advance digital and analytical techniques
- Supporting case teams in identifying the right analytical questions, selecting data, digital and AI-enabled approaches, and executing analyses that accelerate insight development
- Translating analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights that strengthen our strategic recommendations
- Collaborating with consultants to align digital solutions with project objectives
- Identifying opportunities to enhance workflows through new tools, automation, or analytical innovations
- Applying knowledge of data and AI practices, including proper handling, documentation, and governance of data and models
- Contributing to the sales process, including proposals, workshops, and materials that showcase L.E.K.’s data, digital & AI capabilities
- Supporting the Data, Digital & AI team, contributing to capability building, internal training materials, and awareness initiatives
- Investing in your own development, supported by strong senior sponsorship and dedicated time and resources to pursue personal growth goals

- Understanding of structured problem-solving and analytical approaches

- Familiarity with common analytical or scripting tools (Excel, Python, SQL, etc.)
