The Opportunity

We’re looking for a  Vice President of Business Development to drive strategic growth, cultivate high-value partnerships, and expand our presence in the global crypto ecosystem. This is a leadership role for an ambitious, strategic thinker who thrives in high-stakes environments and understands the nuances of liquidity, trading, and institutional adoption in Web3.

Key Responsibilities

✔  Lead Business Expansion – Develop and execute strategic initiatives to scale LF Labs’ client base across exchanges, token issuers, and institutional investors.

✔  Build High-Impact Partnerships – Identify, negotiate, and onboard key players in the crypto space, strengthening LF Labs' market presence.

✔  Drive Liquidity & Market-Making Growth – Expand our trading and liquidity services, ensuring seamless execution for clients.

✔  Represent LF Labs on a Global Stage – Speak at major crypto events, engage with industry leaders, and position LF Labs as the premier liquidity provider.

✔  Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with marketing, trading, and product teams to optimize our offerings for market demand.

✔  Monitor Market Trends – Stay ahead of industry changes, regulatory shifts, and technological advancements to refine business strategies.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 2+ years of experience in business development, trading, or institutional sales in  crypto, financial markets, or fintech .

🔹 Proven track record of  closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.

🔹 Strong network in the  crypto ecosystem, DeFi, and institutional finance .

🔹 Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.

🔹 Deep understanding of  market-making, liquidity provision, and digital asset trading .

🔹 Passion for Web3, blockchain, and the evolving  crypto economy .
