Project Administrator (Europe) - Temp to Perm

Our client, a leading player in the Digital Telecommunications sector, is seeking a Project Administrator with experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to support their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a multi year, business critical European project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various European project workstreams, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders and team members, fostering collaboration and clarity.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports, to keep the project on track.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management, highlighting any potential issues or delays.
- Support the procurement of resources and manage project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes, promoting effective communication within the project team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A background in project administration, ideally within the IT or telecommunications sectors.
- Experience to using ACC, including creating and configuring projects.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for facilitating discussions and conveying information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative in a team-oriented environment.
