Role OverviewA high-growth B2B SaaS company is seeking a Demand Generation & Customer Growth Manager to own new customer acquisition and expansion across the EMEA region. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, customer marketing, and revenue growth, with a strong focus on pipeline creation, retention, upsell/cross-sell, and customer advocacy.
The ideal candidate is a senior, hands-on marketer who partners closely with Sales and Customer Success, runs multi-channel programs end to end, and uses data to drive measurable revenue impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation & Pipeline Growth

Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns

Drive MQLs, pipeline, and revenue across EMEA

Partner with sales and product marketing on campaign strategy and execution

Optimize lead nurturing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
Customer Growth & Retention

Build marketing programs focused on upsell, cross-sell, and renewal
-
Support retention initiatives and reduce churn through targeted campaigns

Leverage customer insights and intent data to increase product adoption

Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
Customer Advocacy

Develop customer reference, case study, and testimonial programs

Increase customer engagement and brand advocacy

Support customer communities, advisory boards, and user groups
Partnership & Event Activation

Support activation of a high-profile EMEA partnership

Deliver customer and prospect engagement through events, experiences, and content

Track impact on brand awareness and pipeline
Marketing Operations & Reporting

Use Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing automation platforms to track performance

Analyze results and continuously optimize campaigns

Report insights and recommendations to stakeholders

9-11 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth, or customer marketing

Proven ability to drive pipeline, retention, and expansion revenue

Strong experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing automation tools

Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Product

Highly proactive, independent, and execution-focused

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
