Location: Birmingham or Bristol

Contract Length: 6 Months

Rate: Up to £682 per day (via Umbrella)

We are supporting a major financial services organisation in the search for an experienced interim Sourcing Manager to join a high-profile procurement transformation programme.

This role requires someone with a strong delivery mindset and hands-on experience working closely with procurement technology platforms, specifically SAP Ariba. The successful candidate will have practical experience across Sourcing, Contract Workspace and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), with a strong understanding of how these tools support procurement operations and transformation activity.

We are looking for someone who has been directly involved in leading and delivering sourcing product or system changes, rather than purely procurement governance or category management activity. Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in process design and redesign, requirements gathering and management, the creation of user and operational guidance, and supporting or leading system and UAT testing.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at a detailed level within project teams, working closely with systems, stakeholders, and end users to ensure successful change delivery.

This opportunity would suit a contractor who is pragmatic, delivery-focused and experienced in procurement systems transformation within complex organisations.
