The company is seeking a results-driven and strategic Demand Generation Manager to design and deliver marketing programs that generate high-quality leads and drive measurable pipeline growth. This role plays a key part in building the marketing engine, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to turn awareness into revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing and campaign management within a SaaS or technology-led environment.
This position requires experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing automation platforms, alongside a proven ability to align marketing activities with business objectives. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns to deliver MQLs and drive pipeline growth.
- Design and manage campaigns across email, paid and organic social, digital advertising, and ABM programs.
- Optimise lead nurturing programs and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to improve conversion rates.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with sales to ensure alignment on lead quality, targeting, and conversion strategies.
- Establish strong communication between marketing and sales to refine audience segmentation and messaging.
- Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop engaging assets for key personas and markets.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Leverage Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing automation tools to measure and optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Build dashboards to track MQLs, pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and ROI.
- Analyse marketing and sales funnel data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for optimisation.
- Provide actionable insights on campaign performance and revenue impact.
- Manage EMEA marketing reporting requirements and maintain visibility across regions.
- Utilise PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, and Snowflake for advanced data analysis and insight generation.
Experience & Skills Required
- 7-8 years' experience in B2B demand generation, marketing, or related roles, ideally in SaaS or technology sectors.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and digital performance channels.
