Partner Marketing Manager
A leading global technology company is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to support its growth across the European market. This role focuses on driving pipeline and revenue through strategic marketing initiatives in collaboration with key technology partners and their system integrators (SIs). The successful candidate will be responsible for joint go-to-market (GTM) planning, campaign execution, and performance reporting to ensure marketing activities deliver measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities

Develops and delivers integrated partner marketing plans aimed at generating pipeline through digital, event-based, and partner-led channels.

Defines joint value propositions, messaging, and content tailored to strategic technology partnerships.

Establishes annual marketing strategies, success metrics, and KPIs aligned with both internal growth goals and partner objectives.

Plans and executes co-marketing programs, including demand generation campaigns, digital initiatives, and field events.

Manages Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring efficient budget use and strong return on investment.

Builds and maintains strong working relationships with partner marketing and sales leaders to ensure joint accountability and coordinated GTM execution.

Collaborates closely with internal partner development, sales, and field marketing teams to deliver cross-functional programs supporting customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Tracks and reports on campaign performance and partner influence, sharing key insights with internal stakeholders and leadership.

Supports partner onboarding by providing marketing enablement, resources, and guidance to accelerate time to value.
Candidate Profile

Holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or has equivalent work experience.

Brings a minimum of 5 years' B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, ERP, e-commerce, or accounting technology sectors.

Demonstrates a strong track record in partner or alliance marketing, with proven success in generating pipeline through co-marketing initiatives.

Understands channel marketing models and co-branded campaign execution.

Possesses exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.

Has prior experience managing MDF and leading joint campaign execution with partners.

Combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, ownership mindset, and sense of urgency.

Excels in stakeholder communication and collaboration, both internally and externally.

Is comfortable presenting to marketing and sales leadership, with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
