Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of end to end processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of the current system to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on best practises and system functionalities.
  • Train and mentor team members to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in HR technology and SAP SuccessFactors enhancements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Capability Lead, specifically in Hire to Retire processes.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practises.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
  • Experience consulting to public sector clients.

Due to the nature of the clients this role will be supporting SC Clearance is essential
