Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Integration Specialists to support a large-scale digital transformation programme within a defence environment. The role will focus on the integration, configuration, and deployment of PLM solutions, with a particular emphasis on Teamcenter Unified and/or Siemens Opcenter.
You will play a key role in ensuring systems are effectively integrated across the programme, supporting configuration and component management, and enabling consistent data flow across engineering and manufacturing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support system integration activities, including implementation, deployment, testing, and configuration of multiple PLM modules
- Manage component, data, and configuration management activities across the programme
- Configure and administer Teamcenter Unified and/or Opcenter environments in line with programme requirements
- Support digital transformation objectives, ensuring PLM solutions align with defence engineering and manufacturing standards
- Apply configuration management principles in accordance with DEF STAN 05-57, JSP 945, and EIA-649C
- Produce and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process documentation
- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer to engineering and operational teams
- Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong experience as an Integration Specialist within complex engineering or defence programmes
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter Unified (preferred) and/or Siemens Opcenter
- Solid understanding of PLM principles, best practice, and lifecycle management
- Proven system administration skills with a high level of attention to detail and a logical, structured mindset
- Good working knowledge of configuration management standards, particularly within regulated defence environments
- Experience developing user guides and delivering system training
- Ability to work autonomously in a largely remote delivery model
Security Clearance
- BPSS clearance is required as a minimum
- Candidates with higher levels of clearance will be advantageous

- On-site attendance required on an ad hoc basis, aligned to programme needs
