A fast-growing, private equity-backed technology business is seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to join its leadership team. Reporting to the CFO, you will take ownership of Group reporting, statutory compliance, treasury, tax coordination, and financial controls across an international group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual Group reporting and consolidations.
• Prepare statutory accounts and manage the external audit process.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Manage Group cash flow, treasury, banking relationships, and covenant reporting.
• Coordinate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support M&A activity, acquisition integrations, and strategic growth projects.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and governance enhancements.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.
• Strong technical accounting and Group consolidation experience.
• Experience managing audits, statutory reporting, and multi-entity environments.
• Private equity-backed, technology or high-growth business experience would be advantageous.
• Commercially minded, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
