IT Trainer / HR Systems Trainer (Interim – 4 Month Contract / FTC)

Location: West Midlands – Coventry / Birmingham / Warwickshire

Contract: Interim (Day Rate) or Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Trainer to support a major HR systems implementation across a large, complex organisation. This role will play a key part in ensuring end users are confident and capable in adopting the new system from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to a diverse user base as part of a large-scale HR systems rollout.
  • Deliver pre-developed content, ensuring it is communicated clearly, engagingly, and effectively.
  • Adapt delivery style to suit different audiences and learning preferences.
  • Provide post-training support and guidance to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Systems and Implementation teams to understand project timelines and user needs.

About You

  • Proven experience as an IT Trainer or Systems Trainer , ideally within HR or business systems.
  • Experience delivering training for major system implementations.
  • Microsoft Dynamics (D365) experience is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand new systems and confidently deliver content.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced project environment.

Contract Details

  • Initial 4-month interim contract with potential extension.
  • Available on a day-rate or fixed-term contract basis.
  • Hybrid working across the West Midlands (Coventry/Birmingham/Warwickshire).
