Job Title: Lead Data Product Manager / Analytics Lead (SC Cleared)

Location: UK (Hybrid/On-site as required)

Contract: Inside IR35

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Data Product Manager / Analytics Lead to join a high-profile programme within a secure environment. This role requires active SC clearance.

This position will lead the design, development and optimisation of enterprise-scale data products and analytics solutions, enabling high-quality, analysis-ready datasets to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of complex, high-quality, analysis-ready datasets

• Define and oversee enterprise data visualisation strategy using tools such as Power BI and Databricks

• Provide governance and direction for semantic models, certified datasets, and metric frameworks

• Oversee the development of intuitive dashboards and self-service BI capabilities

• Ensure alignment to data and analytics strategy across Azure, AWS and Databricks platforms

• Act as a subject matter expert for advanced analytics and data product design

• Drive data quality, governance, lineage, testing frameworks and security standards

• Partner with senior stakeholders (Director/CXO level) to shape strategic data requirements

• Lead delivery of complex analytics workstreams, resolving blockers and guiding technical decisions

• Mentor and develop analytics engineering capability, establishing best practice and standards

• Support data science teams with machine learning and advanced analytics use cases

• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of modern analytics engineering practices

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Data Product Management, Analytics Engineering or similar leadership role

• Strong expertise in Power BI, Databricks and modern data platforms

• Experience designing semantic layers and enabling self-service BI

• Strong understanding of cloud data architectures (Azure and/or AWS)

• Experience implementing data governance, quality and security frameworks

• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology

• Experience working within secure or government environments

• Active SC clearance is essential
