Sales Operations Assistant
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to make an impact behind the scenes?
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to provide essential support to our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations, keeping processes running smoothly, delivering accurate and timely reporting, and ensuring the team has the administrative support they need to perform at their best.
About the Role
As a Sales Operations Assistant, you’ll work closely with the sales management team to streamline workflows, coordinate key processes, and maintain the operational excellence that drives sales success. By handling the details with precision and efficiency, you’ll free up our salespeople to focus on what they do best: building relationships and delivering value to customers.
Your proactive approach, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and knack for staying calm under pressure will make you a vital part of our high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of a sales organisation and build a foundation for growth in sales operations or related career paths.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage our deal registration process with the vendors we work with
- Working collaboratively with our Account Directors to manage customer renewals
- Preparing and delivering sales reports
- Identifying improvements to enhance sales support processes
- Provide flexible and ongoing support across all areas of the sales function, adapting to business needs as they evolve
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in the Managed Services or IT Solutions industry
- A natural ability to build rapport and maintain strong working relationships
- Self-motivated and driven, with a positive and enthusiastic outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical, logical approach to tasks
- Calm under pressure, with a hands-on attitude and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused mindset
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to support effective decision-making
