Sales Support Coordinator

In this vital role, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth processes, timely reporting, and exceptional administrative support to keep everything running at top speed.About the Role As a Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the sales management team to streamline operations, manage key processes, and help the team focus on what they do best - delivering value to our customers. - Manage the vendor deal registration process
- Take full ownership of the sales renewals process
- Prepare and deliver sales reports as requested by leadership
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance sales support processes
- Provide flexible and ongoing support across all areas of the sales function, adapting to business needs as they evolve
- Experience working in the Managed Services or IT Solutions industry
- A natural ability to build rapport and maintain strong working relationships
- Self-motivated and driven, with a positive and enthusiastic outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical, logical approach to tasks
- Calm under pressure, with a hands-on attitude and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused mindset
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to support effective decision-making
