Billing Assistant

Billing Assistant | £35,000-£40,000 | Hybrid (3 days in office and 2 from home)

Recruiting for an experienced Billing Assistant to join a growing team. You'll be responsible for managing monthly billing cycles, resolving billing queries, reviewing supplier charges, processing credit notes, and ensuring accurate customer invoicing.

Essential experience:

  • Zoho CRM (must have)

  • Zoey Billing System (must have)

  • Xero (must have)

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

  • Full UK driving licence

Package:

  • £40,000 basic salary

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

  • Hybrid working (3 days in the Nazeing office)

  • Business travel expenses covered
