Billing Assistant
Billing Assistant 35,000- 40,000 Hybrid (3 days in office and 2 from home)
Recruiting for an experienced Billing Assistant to join a growing team. You'll be responsible for managing monthly billing cycles, resolving billing queries, reviewing supplier charges, processing credit notes, and ensuring accurate customer invoicing.
Essential experience:
Zoho CRM (must have)
Zoey Billing System (must have)
Xero (must have)
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence
Package:
40,000 basic salary
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Hybrid working (3 days in the Nazeing office)
Business travel expenses covered
