Business Intelligence Analyst
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support operational performance and business decision-making.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, analyse complex data, and develop reliable, high-quality BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using BI tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain data accuracy, quality, and documentation including KPI definitions and data dictionaries.
- Automate and improve manual reporting processes.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT teams on reporting and data solutions.
- Support continuous improvement and adoption of new BI technologies.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytic, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI platforms.
- Understanding of data quality, validation, and reporting best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, DAX, Power Query, SQL Server, or Oracle SQL.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and automation tools.
- Experience with Python, R, Pandas, or similar analytical tools.
- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD practices.
