£260 - £270 per day (Umbrella)
We're working with a leading organisation in the FinTech industry that is looking to add an experienced Business Data Analyst to its growing Data & Analytics team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how customer success is measured and improved across multiple international markets. You'll be responsible for delivering actionable insights, building scalable reporting solutions, improving data foundations, and helping drive the adoption of AI-powered analytics.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years' experience in Data Analytics or Data Science
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with Tableau, Qlik, Power BI or similar visualisation tools
- Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, Spark and ETL processes
- Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling abilities
- Experience with Python or R is advantageous
- Knowledge of A/B testing, Machine Learning and Generative AI would be highly beneficial
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and enhancing data pipelines and governance frameworks
- Developing dashboards and automated reporting solutions
- Delivering deep-dive analytics and root cause investigations
- Supporting experimentation and digital experience optimisation
- Leveraging AI and GenAI tools to automate insights and improve analytical workflows
- Influencing business decisions through data-driven recommendations
